- Bidding qualifications and documents? JIE HENG INFORMATION CO., LTD., founded 2012, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, founder holds the ISMS Lead Auditor credential. We provide the vendor audit checklist, confidentiality undertakings and security self-assessment that agency ISMS programs require.
- On the agency's servers or in the cloud? Both. Where the agency provides VMs (as with Chung Hsing CAS) we install and configure; where cloud is needed we choose services that meet the agency's security rules.
- What happens after the warranty? Most clients renew annual maintenance covering issue handling, updates and security patches. Chung Hsing, Chung Cheng, Tainan Junior College of Nursing and the Smart Development Center have been maintained for several consecutive years.
