## FAQ

- We already use an ERP. Can JIE HENG still help? Yes. Most projects add workflows and integrations alongside an existing ERP rather than replacing it. We first check whether the ERP exposes an API or a readable database, then decide the approach.
- Where does AI HR end and custom development begin? Attendance, leave, scheduling and payroll use AI HR standard features, which are fast and inexpensive to adopt. Company-specific approval flows, data exchange with ERP and industry rules are custom work.
- Is this suitable for small companies? Yes. AI HR was built for growing companies that Excel can no longer carry. Custom system projects range from factories with a few dozen staff to groups.
